What you'll do...

Sam’s Club is an innovative company that values teamwork, integrity, and dedication to excellence. As a Manager, Project Management, you will be supporting operations in our growing Omni and eComm businesses such as Direct to Home Shipping, Curbside and Delivery. Working onsite in Bentonville, AR, you will assist in building and maintaining the in-club fulfillment business for our associates and Members. What you'll do:

• Develop and communicate project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders related to the operations of an evolving in-club fulfillment business, more specifically focused on Direct to Home.
• Align multiple project requirements and find solutions to project issues to ensure tasks are executed as defined in the schedule.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, educating them on product and program requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business.
• Design and execute training to enhance the skills and knowledge of Fulfillment associates and leaders.
• Monitor budgets and costs for projects, communicate status and adjustments to project milestones and transitions between project phases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

What you'll bring:

• 2 years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing data to drive decision-making process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
