Description
We have an opening for a Mechanical Engineer to join our world-class team. The person we are looking for is passionate about safety, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in everything that they do. We are specifically looking for someone with an innate curiosity to work with our customers and help them to solve issues, design their unique solutions, and maintain optimal compliance and throughput. These designs can and will include utilizing pneumatics, hydraulics, and any other such system components necessary to provide solutions for our clients needs. We need someone with 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on design, but we will consider less depending on co-ops etc. You are expected to be familiar with equipment and layout drawings; have hands-on work ethic and capability; and, knowledge of industry standards and requirements including local, state, and Federal laws and Code/Guidelines.
Qualifications
What it takes:
  • A person with a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Someone with Solid Works experience, CSWA or CSWP certification preferred
  • Preferably someone with experience in a production or industrial atmosphere with the ability to work at heights and travel if needed
  • Possession of a valid drivers license (not rated as a high-risk driver) and must be able to qualify for a TWIC card
