Per Diem and Full Time available!
We offer Hourly rates which includes Drive Time for Full Time employees, and a Pay Per Visit model for Per Diem staff.
Pay Per Visit Rates: $130.00 for Start of Cares, $110.00 Discharges and Recertifications, and $70.00 for Follow Up visits.
Home Health RN Job Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License
• Excellent IV, Wound care, Enteral tubes, Drains etc. - a plus.
• Home Health Experience - A HUGE PLUS!
• Current Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Current car insurance
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Current BLS
