Host/Hostess

Our hosts and hostesses have a number of responsibilities. We expect a cheerful demeanor in order to greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with silverware and a menu. The ability to multi-task will help, as a host or hostess needs to be able to monitor the table rotation, while keeping track of which tables are cleaned and available for new guests, and at times may be required to answer the phone, take reservations and take-out orders. In a high volume, fast paced environment, such as ours, our hosts and hostesses need to be quick and responsible.
