Saltwater Grande is Hiring a Housekeeping Inspector Near North Myrtle Beach, SC
Saltwater Grande is seeking inspectors for high-end vacation rental properties. Guests are not required to book Saturday - Saturday reservations, therefore arrivals are typically spread throughout the week, and multiple inspections may occur on any day of the week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspecting units for damages and maintenance concerns after guests departure
- Inspecting cleanliness of condos and homes after cleaning has been performed
- Checking lightbulbs, batteries, remotes, etc. for proper functioning
- Assembling gift bags.
- Replacing parking passes, pool bands, etc.
- Entering work orders when necessary.
Requirements for this position include:
- Reliable transportation to and from properties as well as the Saltwater Grande office.
- Reliable smart phone capable of running property care app.
- Must pass background check.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
Salary as shown below:
$20 per inspection Mileage
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
