Saltmarsh is currently seeking an Audit Manager that sees themselves as a leader who wants to join a firm that fosters both personal and professional development and supports the drive for advancement. This person could work hybrid from one of our offices in Pensacola or Tampa, Florida. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for excellence by taking pride in a quality work product, delivering legendary service to our clients while investing in relationships with their Saltmarsh family and clients alike.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA required
- 6 years of hands-on accounting or auditing experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm; preferred
- Able to identify complex client issues and recommend creative solutions related to industry standards
- Share knowledge with others to facilitate skill development and career advancement
- Will act as a mentor and/or coach and provide feedback to team members on performance
- Great project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Can or has established personal and networking relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources through active involvement in industry, civic, and social clubs
- Strong computer skills, CCH Engagement experience a plus
