Key Qualifications

● Ability to deliver *great* customer experiences in any situation at any time
● Strong communication skills with small groups and/or individual customers.
● Desire and ability to learn with an interest in climbing
● Ability to work nights and weekends

Position Description: You are the first person customers meet when they enter. You’ll also be their guide on how to get started, how to manage the risks inherent to climbing. You’re proud to represent Salt Pump and get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with us.

Additional Requirements:

● *Strong* people skills. Friendly, caring, and kind
● Have good time management skills and be able to multitask
● Good risk management skills generally and as it relates to climbing specifically

Pay and Benefits:

Base pay range for this role is between $15.00 and $22.00/hr. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Working at least one regular shift per week qualifies you for a free membership. You also get access to pro-deals, programming and other opportunities.
