Cleaning and maintaining various areas of the restaurant, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of restaurant service ware, china, cooking vessels and cutlery.A role with the nighttime kitchen line staff is an incredibly energizing experience filled with opportunities to make a real difference in the experience that our guests receive in their time dining with us.
