*Assisting with scheduling drivers- includes communicating with drivers about availability, calling drivers when needed to work, and dispatching drivers within our software system.

*Assisting with scheduling vehicles- includes making sure routes have a proper vehicle assigned, and keeping track of vehicle locations and breakdowns.

*Answering phone calls- includes calls for breakdowns and finding replacement vehicles, drivers with unexpected schedule changes, and new schedules that need to be dispatched, etc.

Requirements: Take vehicle dispatch phone on scheduled rotation, as well as being comfortable communicating and solving difficult situations quickly. Someone who is punctual in all aspects of the job.
