Position Summary: ​​

Under general direction from the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents and Crew Foremen, the Section Worker safely utilizes a variety of tools, machinery and equipment to perform maintenance duties around the golf course and grounds. Responsibilities also include cleaning equipment after each use and preparing the golf course for play on a daily basis. This position will begin on May 1st and end November 27th.

• Walk Mowing Greens/Tees/Approaches
• Raking Bunkers
• Weedeating/Mowing Bunkers
• Weeding planter beds
• Edging Curbs/Cart Paths
• Edging Sprinkler Heads

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License or State I.D.
• Golf Course or Landscaping Experience (Not Required)
• Demonstrated Quality Verbal and Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude, Professional Manner and Appearance in all Situations

Pay:

$15 - $25 OT

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
