Are you looking for a fun office to work in? Join our growing orthodontic practice. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent verbal skills and the ability to handle many responsibilities at once to be our Scheduling Coordinator.

Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following :
- Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
- Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
- Minimum of 1 yr experience verifying medical / dental insurances
