Available for a rotating but flexible schedule with some weekend availability

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with catering or client management software

Roles and Responsibilities

Direct the operations of the Private Dining department

Respond to Event Inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner

Meet with clients to coordinate event pricing, menus, floorplans & itineraries

Update and maintain event details, communicate with all staff on event changes

Assist with event execution

Maintain and build relationships with existing & new clients

Launch promos and execute marketing plans

Manage the private dining department coordinators and serving staff
