Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Surveillance Operator. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing surveillance footage to ensure the safety and security of our premises. You will play a crucial role in preventing theft, identifying suspicious activities, and maintaining a secure environment.

Duties:
- Monitor surveillance cameras and observe activities in real-time
- Identify and report any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and generate detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all cameras are functioning properly
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and dispatch appropriate personnel
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or vulnerabilities

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in surveillance or related field preferred
- Strong report writing skills
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in dispatching or law enforcement is a plus
- Possession of relevant certifications is advantageous
