We are seeking a part-time Solution Architect Consultant, working in Austin, TX, to join a global team of senior engineers to deliver market-leading software solutions.

We are searching for a discovery leader who has good direct to client exposure, effective communication skills, and a lot of experience in enterprise IT systems.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen
• Extensive Interviewing and listening skills
• Significant years of business analysis experience
• 10 years of experience in system architecture and understanding of business processes and typical enterprise systems like ERP, SCM
• Strong skills and experience in creating diagrams of enterprise architecture
• Able to independently meet with clients (business and IT) and meticulously extract information necessary to document architecture encompassing business processes and systems
• Skilled at eliciting/extracting business and system challenges through client interviews
• Good understanding of cloud solutions and capabilities

Nice to have: 

• Background in business areas outside IT (like accounting, sales, operations, service, etc.)
• Exposure and/or experience in coding various software languages
