Position Title: Customer Care Team Member

Pay: Starting at $15/hour

Department: Customer Care

Reports to: Customer Care Manager

Status: Full-time (in-office, not remote work)

We want YOU to join our team of passionate Customer Care Agents who provide support to our Salon Consultants and Customers around the country!

The main role of our Customer Care team is answering inbound phone calls from our Salon Consultants, Customers and Store Team. Our team will create and maintain customer accounts, place and process orders, problem solve and other tasks as assigned while performing excellent customer service.

Daily Tasks

• Answer Inbound Phone Calls
• Process Orders
• Create & Maintain Customer Accounts
• Verify Cosmetology License Information
• Update Credit Card Information
• Outbound calls to established customers
• UPS Claims for lost or damaged shipments

Requirements

Who you are:

• Previous call center experience is required
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Word
• Excellent data entry skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Experience or interest in the salon industry
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service
