Salon Cartier is looking for a customer service oriented person who is capable of multitasking, while providing our guests and stylists with the best experience possible. Salon Cartier is a team of 10 stylists and two receptionist. Position consists of the following hours:

• Wednesday - Friday : 1. p.m. to 8:30 p.M.
• Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 6. p.m.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with prior cash handleing experience
• Excellent phone/email etiquette
• Assisting in maintaining salon appearence, including light cleaning duties and ensuring shipments are processed and product is replenished as needed
• Professional appearance in accordance with our dress code
• Physicality: ability to crouch, bend, and/or lift boxes up to 30lbs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients
• Book clients courteously and efficiently
• Being courteous and helpful to stylists
• Answering/Making phone calls to clients and company reps
• Handling of money/credit cards
• Support Owners with details and follow through
• Taking detailed messages/notes
• Inventory control

Experience and/or Education:

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Good, basic math skills

Compensation:

• $17.00 per hour (reviewed after 90 days)
• Sales incentives monthly
