SALMON Health and Retirement is Hiring a Bartender Near Worcester, MA

Seeking an experienced bartender to serve during Cocktail Hours 3 shifts per week for 3-7pm shifts and events as needed. TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves cocktails and mocktails to the residents during Cocktail Hours
  • Serves beer and wine in restaurant during dinner service
  • Creates drink specials
  • Conducts Weekly liquor inventory
  • Ensure accuracy and attractiveness of food served
  • Prepares bar area and displays h'orderves
  • Completes opening and closing area checklist
  • Cleaning equipment and sanitize work areas
  • Reset dining room tables in proper manner
  • Side work as assigned by supervisor
  • Fills in as Wait Staff as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions and/or hazardous chemicals


Minimum Requirements:

  • Please note, this role is not a tipped position due to campus policy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dining room services.
  • High level of professionalism in mannerism and appearance.
  • Ability to handle problems in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Must be over 18 years old
