**Job Description:**

We are currently looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time ABA Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare billing, with a focus on ABA therapy. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, facilitating financial transactions, and upholding compliance with insurance regulations. **Responsibilities:**

- Reviewing and verifying insurance information for accuracy and completeness

- Generating and submitting insurance claims for ABA therapy services

- Following up on outstanding claims and denials to ensure timely reimbursement

- Communicating with insurance companies and clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies

- Maintaining organized billing records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Collaborating with other team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, preferably in ABA therapy

- Proficiency in billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Strong understanding of insurance billing procedures and regulations

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding is a plus

Pay: $20.11 - $24.22 per hour
