Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and gain valuable hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables

- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Passionate about various cuisines & wines

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.63 - $4.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
