Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed
- Create and manage the store budget, including payroll and expenses
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash management
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Strong training and development skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
- Exceptional supervisory and leadership abilities
- Excellent time management skills
