Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and trends in the industry
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with Assistant Managers to delegate tasks and responsibilities

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
