Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate cash register balances and perform cash handling duties
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Create employee schedules and manage time-off requests
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance

Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory control
- Proficient in using POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
