```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to clients
- Demonstrate and sell beauty cosmetics products to meet sales goals
- Conduct product demos and provide recommendations based on client needs
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the client's beauty routine
- Manage social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed and organized
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends, new products, and industry knowledge

```Experience```
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to apply makeup and provide makeup application tips to clients
