Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking beauty advice and products
- Assist customers in selecting the right beauty products based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations on skincare, makeup, and haircare products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Process sales transactions using the POS system or cash register
- Keep the beauty counter clean, organized, and stocked with inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology, including skincare, makeup, and haircare techniques
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in social media management to promote beauty products and engage with customers online
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in Spanish
- Familiarity with operating a POS system or cash register for processing sales transactions
