Beauty Advisors

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations
- Demonstrate and promote beauty cosmetics products to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
- Conduct product demos and provide application tips and techniques
- Upsell and cross-sell beauty products to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area
- Manage stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed
- Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for better customer communication
- Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management
