Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products
- Demonstrate and promote beauty products through product demos and application techniques
- Assist customers in selecting the right skincare, makeup, and haircare products
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty counter, ensuring all products are properly stocked
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage customer information
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Engage with customers on social media platforms to promote products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and haircare products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling is preferred
- Experience with social media management is an asset
