- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a beauty retail setting
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations based on customer needs
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Schedule appointments for salon services using salon software
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments is a plus
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
