Our Sales Associates/Beauty Advisors focus on all aspects of our customers’ needs. It is about serving our customers, valuing their individuality and being the reason they want to keep coming back by making a positive and unique difference in their shopping experience. Customers look to you to make recommendations that meet her needs. In addition, you will work as a team in keeping the store looking great and ready for the customer.

What do we look for in our Sales Associates/Beauty Advisors?

• Possess a passion for the beauty industry

• Ability to create a connection with our customer, engage authentically with them and inspiring loyalty with every interaction

• Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn and develop in their career

• Strong and dependable work ethic and a desire to be a team player

• Previous specialty retail and/or cosmetology experience preferred but not required

• Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays and some holidays

• Must be 18 years of age of older
