Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the store. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Supervise and train store employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wireless sales, grocery store, or retail management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in retail math and inventory control principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
