**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Construction Framer to join our team. The Construction Framer will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. **Duties:** - Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and framing details - Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal framing components - Install windows, doors, and hardware within the frame - Ensure structures are plumb, level, and square - Work with a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion **Skills:** - Proficiency in using power tools for cutting and shaping materials - Experience in trim carpentry for finishing touches on structures - Knowledge of construction management principles for effective project coordination - Familiarity with masonry techniques for specialized projects - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Experience in metal building erection for industrial projects - Proficient in using hand tools for detailed work - Understanding of schematics to guide construction processes - Knowledge of plaster application for interior finishing This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects and develop skills in various aspects of framing.
