We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Solution Architect to join and lead our dynamic team of Anaplan Builders. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Anaplan solutions that meet our business needs and align with our company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement Anaplan solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Lead a highly productive and effecient Anaplan Builder team.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into Anaplan models.
4. Lead the Anaplan model-building process, including data integration, model building, and testing.
5. Provide technical expertise and mentorship on Anaplan during the design and implementation phases.
6. Ensure the Anaplan models are optimized, scalable, and balanced.
7. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
8. Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features and functionalities and incorporate them into the solution architecture as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Shown experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or similar role.
3. Prior people management leadership experience
4. Strong knowledge of Anaplan platform, including model building and data integration.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
6. Strong communication skills to optimally collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Anaplan Model Builder certification is a plus.
