Reporting into the Global Field Enablement organization, this person will act as a critical business partner for our Product Education team within our Global Customer Success business. This role will serve as an experienced, trusted, strategic advisor to develop the Product Education enablement strategy aligned with business priorities. They will own the strategic end-to-end enablement plan. They will calendar, design, deliver and track enablement programs to accelerate talent development across products, industry/segment knowledge, and role-based competencies.

Responsibilities

Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy, all plans associated with the Product Education strategy, the quarterly calendar and agendas for the business. Analyzes and interprets key Product Education metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics. Understands the Customer Success business and uses such knowledge to build credibility and trust with Success leaders. Demonstrates thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends , tools, programs and technologies. As an active Business Partner , the EBP Manager engages stakeholders cross-functionally to design and deliver an aligned Enablement plan. Architects learning experiences and solutions that up-level skills that lead to great engagements with our customers and partners closely with the Product Education leadership team to drive integrated quarterly and annual plans.

Required Skills/Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the executionof learning solutions to drive outcomeswith ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to perform amid ambiguity
  • Proven track record ofgetting stuff doneand anddriving adoption
  • 7 years combined experiencein Post-Sales Enablement function with experience withall Customer Success roles and activities,
  • Strongexecutive communication, collaboration and influencingskills at a senior level
  • Analytical skill setto drive insights from datato measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Understanding of the Customer Success industry in a SAAS environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
