The CRM Analytics Solution Engineer believes in the powerful combination of AI Data CRM to transform businesses in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Grounded in a proven foundation of Business Intelligence, the CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) Solution Engineer layers on Artificial Intelligence and Data Cloud to drive needle-moving impact for our customers across Sales, Service, Marketing, and full Salesforce solutions. Working in coordination with the core Salesforce sales team, the CRM Analytics Solution Engineer leads the technical sales cycle for Analytics, Data and AI, from vision co-creation through storytelling demonstrations to deep-dive workshops, showing the customer the "how" in addition to telling them the "what". We are seeking a hardworking individual who will thrive in the full spectrum from packaged Intelligent Applications, to custom, to programmatic Analytics solutions. This role will work closely with sales, SEs and architects on large enterprise accounts. Ideal candidates have previous experience working with the Salesforce platform (including data architecture), business intelligence, AI, analytics and data integration applications in a customer-facing role.In-depth knowledge of modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, GBQ, and Databricks, as well as data analytics tools like Tableau, will be instrumental in crafting solutions that integrate elegantly to drive customer success.

Your Impact:

  • Understand and uncover business challenges and issues faced by the customer and be able to lead a targeted discovery session or workshop with business users to define, build and implement solution prototypes and pilots, and then run those pilots from inception to completion.
  • Build and present customized demos that prove the business value of the solution
  • Present Salesforce technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the data architecture, software and security stack
  • The ability to confidently present and articulate the business value of the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform and Data Cloud to leaders and executives of all levels
  • Deliver product, technical, and security related responses on RFPs/RFIs
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge needed to be effective in the position
  • Work as a team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge
  • Be conversant in integration and data migration approaches to facilitate enterprise-type sales cycles
  • Implement programs to efficiently drive evaluation of Salesforce CRM Analytics and Data Cloud in the Territory.
  • Drive new technologies such as Data Cloud, Generative and Predictive AI
  • Handle multiple customer engagements concurrently
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,050 to $188,650.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
