Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Are you naturally curious? Do you enjoy exploring the motivations that drive customers to respond? Have you mastered translating data into insights and insights into action? And most of all, do you want to personally make a big impact?
Great! We have the perfect opportunity for you and we'd be honored to have you join us.
About the role:
This Lead, Event Experience Insights will join a growing, world-class listening function that acts as the chief evangelists and storytellers within Salesforce of who our customers are and what they care about - by role, market, industry and geography.
This is a full-time role.
The role will support the research needs of our Strategic Events, Keynote, and Brand Technology teams as Salesforce continues to innovate and evolve our growing events portfolio. This role will cover event experiences for our World Tour series, as well as multi-day paid events like Dreamforce. The type of work includes post-event surveys, messaging research, an executive listening tour for Dreamforce; and exploring new technologies in partnership with our events technology team that improve attendee experiences and more.
We're a strategic company asset that advises product roadmap and innovation priorities, marketing and branding, competitive positioning and customer retention and growth strategies.
We engage our customers through a variety of listening methods, including surveys, focus groups, listening tours, advisory boards and the Salesforce IdeaExchange. We thank them for their feedback by closing the loop and sharing how their input drives our outcomes.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for an individual who's passionate about customer research, the intersection of technology and business, and making a lasting impact on a rapidly growing and innovative company.
The ideal candidate will be a research professional with a strong consultative approach who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and ambitious environment. They are passionate about discovering impactful insights, delivering thoughtful recommendations and influencing business decisions to improve value.

  • Ability to demonstrate insights and storytelling to influence senior executives and impact business decisions

  • Develops deep knowledge of business, customer and competitive landscape and translates business questions into customer listening plans that included mixed method research programs
