We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Design Lead with 7 years experience and an outstanding design portfolio to join our Global Studio team in AMER. The successful applicant will work as part of multi-disciplined creative team. They are self-motivated and able to deliver projects from concept to delivery within tight deadlines, while maintaining relationships with internal partners. You'll support immersive outstanding event experiences, digital experiences (i.e. website/motion design), social campaigns, and anything else that might come your way. You have a strong design aesthetic and are able to adapt existing designs into various formats. The ability to be flexible and comfortable with multiple projects is a must. We may also need you to step into the print space from time-to-time, supporting artwork production for events or global brand campaigns. We're a worldwide global creative team. As well as your creative peers, you will collaborate with program managers, event managers, and field marketers across the US, Europe, Australia... and beyond. Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of agency, studio or in-house creative experience
• Exceptional portfolio of work demonstrating a range of technical and conceptual abilities
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems conceptually, collaboratively, cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience preparing files for both digital and print production (i.e; optimizing for web, print-ready mechanicals, etc.)
• Experience working across global teams is beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Take existing concepts and adapt to various formats with a strong visual aesthetic
• Create production-ready print files to be handed off to vendors
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Follow Salesforce brand guidelines and toolkits to stay aligned with evolving brand updates
• Work with the Creative Directors, Art Directors, Project Management team and internal clients - in a fast-paced, collaborative workflow

Skills:

• Highly-proficient in Figma
• Highly-proficient in the Adobe Creative suite, in particular AI, PS, ID and AE
• Excellent motion design skills using AfterEffects.
• Knowledge of print production and color management
• Designing at speed
• Video editing and/or Creative AI image generation experience would be beneficial
• Vector illustration skills would be beneficial
• Ability to manage deadlines and production scheduling on numerous, concurrent projects
