Daily Responsibilities as an Entry Level Client Enrollment Representative:

• Educate and qualify consumers on the fundamentals of our client's services, products, and packages.
• Effectively greet and enroll members in appropriate plans based on their needs and eligibility.
• Navigate challenging conversations with customers, demonstrating empathy and discretion around confidential information.
• Meet performance goals in areas such as effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on process changes, policies, and guidelines.
• Maximize the use of community services, support programs, and resources available to customers.
• Build rapport quickly and respond to customers with courtesy and a sense of urgency.

Qualifications for Our Entry-Level Client Enrollment Representative Position:

• High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Retail Representative, Sales, or Customer Service).
• Ability to report on-site on the first day of training with reliable transportation.
• Skillful listening, collecting relevant information, determining immediate requests, and identifying current and future consumer needs.
• Proficient problem-solving techniques to assess and resolve issues swiftly.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor in high-stress scenarios.
• Adaptability to change and a passion for completing tasks with total effort.
• Trustworthy and dependable with the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: $46,745.05 - $68,338.13 per year
