$25.50 - $34.50 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Washington, DC
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and other marketing channels
- Help manage and update the company's website and social media profiles
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
