Sales and Merchandising Services is Hiring a Market Research Analyst Near Newark, NJ

Funciones Principales:

  1. Realizar encuestas, grupos focales y entrevistas en profundidad con consumidores y/o distribuidores para proyectos internos de investigación de mercado. Garantizar la recopilación de información a través de varios puntos de contacto para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto.
  2. Reclutar participantes para proyectos internos de investigación de mercado, asegurándose de que cumplan con el perfil deseado.
  3. Supervisar directamente la recopilación de información en investigaciones internas, buscando el apoyo de desarrolladores de ventas y/o servicio al cliente para garantizar la ejecución según los planes de trabajo y estándares de calidad.
  4. Informar incidentes en el proceso de recopilación de datos al liderazgo de investigación de mercado para su consideración en análisis posteriores.
  5. Gestionar presupuestos de proyectos para evitar exceder los límites establecidos y prevenir desembolsos adicionales de marketing.
  6. Cerrar proyectos asignados de manera oportuna con todas las pruebas para garantizar la transparencia en las inversiones de marketing en la investigación interna.
  7. Contratar y capacitar al personal externo (Encuestadores) cuando sea necesario para proyectos basados en objetivos establecidos.
  8. Analizar oportunidades para promociones, acciones push & pull, estrategias de sell-in y sell-out, alianzas, descuentos, branding para clientes, activaciones en el punto de venta, etc., para lograr objetivos con el portafolio de productos.
  9. Realizar visitas a clientes para verificar la ejecución del planograma, demostraciones, imagen de marca, materiales visuales, campañas, planes y promociones para su evaluación.

Actively contribute to the gathering of relevant market, consumer, and strategic partner information for subsequent analysis. This information will serve as input in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies for the company.

Main Functions

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews with consumers and/or distributors for internal market research projects. Ensure information collection through various touchpoints to meet project objectives.
  • Recruit participants for internal market research projects, ensuring they meet the desired profile.
  • Directly supervise information collection in internal investigations, seeking support from sales developers and/or customer service to ensure execution according to work plans and quality standards.
  • Report incidents in the data collection process to market research leadership for consideration in subsequent analysis.
  • Manage project budgets to avoid exceeding established limits and prevent additional disbursements from marketing.
  • Settle assigned projects promptly with all evidence for transparency in marketing's investments in internal research.
  • Hire and train outsourcing personnel (Surveyors) when necessary for projects based on established objectives.
  • Analyze opportunities for promotions, push & pull actions, sell-in and sell-out strategies, alliances, discounts, branding for customers, point-of-sale activations, etc., to achieve goals with the product portfolio.
  • Conduct customer visits to verify planogram execution, demos, brand image, visual materials, campaigns, plans, and promotions for evaluation.
