Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse with experience in IV therapy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate healthcare professional eager to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality patient care and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performing vital signs monitoring and assessment of medication/supplement list and review of systems.

- Administration of IV therapies under the direction of Dr. Salerno and following our specific treatment protocols.

- Conducting blood draws and managing specimen collection in accordance with established guidelines.

- Managing prescription refills and participating in some prescription pre-certifications as needed.

- Maintaining inventory levels, tracking supplies, and placing orders to ensure availability of necessary medical materials.

- Upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.

- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare provider

- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

- Familiarity with coding procedures for accurate billing

Qualifications:

- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Connecticut.

- Experience in IV administration is mandatory.

- Proficiency in blood draw techniques and familiarity with basic medical prescribing procedures.

- Ability to efficiently manage inventory and perform minor administrative tasks related to patient care.

- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing compassionate patient support.

- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to job responsibilities.
