The Welcome Center Staff is responsible for managing the needs of the welcome center including offering friendly, caring support to the patrons as they check into the facility.

Most days will be a fast-paced environment with many new patrons visiting the newly open and renovated facility.

Essential Functions :

Provides excellent service to patrons via check-in over the phone. Answers any questions guests may have.

Selling day passes, registration of guests, and cash & credit card handling.

Providing tours of the facility.

Handles and resolves all concerns and informs supervisors of unusual situations or unresolved issues.

Light upkeep of the facility such as sweeping of common spaces, trash pick up, and keeping the facility clean.

In some cases, you will have to assist in contacting 911, and emergency contacts.
