ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operate CNC mill to machine precision metal parts/assemblies. Load and unload parts, enter offsets as required.

· Operate CNC lathe to machine precision metal parts/assemblies. Load and unload parts, enter offsets as required.

· Measure and inspect parts/assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications using bore gages, calipers and dial indicators.

· Clean and deburr parts/assemblies as required.

· Clean and maintain machines.

· Provide production communications and data as required using computers.

· Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

· Maintain a safe working environment and a commitment to safety excellence.

· Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.

· Understand and comply with the quality policy, procedures, and instructions to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, attainment of business goals, and environmental well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
