Salem Media Group is Hiring a Video Producer Near New York, NY
Overview
Salem Media Group’s fast growing Salem News Channel is seeking a Part-Time Video Producer in our NY location. SNC features America’s leading conservative commentators.
Responsibilities
The Part-Time Video Producer will fill in for Salem News Channel New York production staff as needed. This position will need to know all aspects of production and be able to fill roles like show producer, audio board op, technical director/switcher, and pre and post production editing.
Qualifications
- Experience switching video for live shows preferably using a Tricaster production switcher
- Ability to start and end live streams, and troubleshoot if necessary
- Comfortable working with talent
- Willing to book and work with show guests
- Experience mixing audio for broadcast/video production
- Must be able to report to SNC NY Studios M-F
- Must be well spoken, take direction well and be organized
- Proficient editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Comfortable working in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
- A general knowledge of production playback systems is a plus. These systems include Ross Xpression, Softron OnTheAir Video, and Tricaster
