We are currently hiring a Warranty Administrator in Winston Salem, NC!

This is a great opportunity for a driven Warranty Administrator with a "can do" attitude. This person will be supporting the Warranty Service Manager in a fast paced and demanding environment with employee training, vendor relations, warranty and vehicle maintenance.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive and review warranties
• Salem OEM and vendor relations
• Technical support and assistance
• Comfortable with OEM and engine manufacturer software

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in the trucking or transportation industry
• Strong knowledge of Cummins, Detroit, Freightliner and Volvo and other truck makers
• A skilled teacher and problem solver
• Good communications skills a plus
• 5 years of proven Warranty Service and Transportation experience
