Manager, Construction Services
PURPOSE
To provide effective management of Construction Services to provide cost effective and timely delivery of quality capital improvement projects consistent with the district’s goals.
The Manager of Construction Services is a new position in the facilities department, the successful candidate will be joining a highly successful team that has delivered nearly $400 million of construction in the last 3 ½ years. This position is a permanent position that will oversee both bond and non-bond construction staff and projects. The department is entering into its 4th year of construction funded by the bond passed by the community in 2018 for 619.7 million. The district has numerous non-bond projects and funding to support this work as well.
