Our West Valley team is growing! Come check out our newly updated facility by working as a Therapy Aide. In this role, you'll provide our therapists with needed support and ensure that the treatment environment is optimized for patient care.

Core Functions :

• Performs basic care tasks and may assist therapists with patient mobility and getting patients to / from therapy sessions.
• Ensures patient and personal safety when assisting with exercise, therapy equipment, transfers, mobility and activities of daily living.
• Performs duties to ensure a sanitary treatment environment. Maintains a safe and clutter free storage and treatment areas.
• Performs minor repairs or follows established procedures for defective equipment.
• Inventories, orders, and stocks therapy supplies and food items necessary for therapy treatments.
• Completes administrative / clerical / regulatory tasks as needed to ensure patient safety, department efficiency, and compliance.

Background / Expertise :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate technological proficiency.
• BLS from the American Heart Association obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Oregon State Board Administrative Rules requires completion of 40 hours of aide-certified training within six (6) months of hire or transfer in order to perform treatment-related tasks.
