Background/Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Health care preferred; OR eight years related work experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to two years of experience.
• Four (4) years of experience will be substituted for an Associate's degree.
• Eight (8) years of experience will be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of one (1) year of IT, Healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification, preferred.
• Kaizen basics course within first year of employment. Base understanding of Lean preferred.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools preferred.
