As a member of Salem Health Spiritual Care Team, you will be responsible for providing spiritual support and guidance that honors the patient's beliefs and values. Background/Expertise:

• This position requires a Master’s degree of at least 72 credits in Theology or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in chaplaincy or related field required.
• Clinical Pastoral Education from an ACPE program required. Board Certification preferred.
• Endorsement from sponsoring body required.
• Certification in Psychological First Aid within one year of hire.
