Salem Glen Winery seeks part-time staff to support our tasting room and kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have customer service or restaurant experience, though wine knowledge is not required. This year-round position offers the possibility of full-time hours depending on the candidate. Availability on most Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, most Sundays, and event days is required. There is potential for additional hours based on winery traffic, special events and applicants interest in other outdoor and winery operation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pour wine samples and glasses for customers

- Assist with basic food preparation and plating

- Clear dining areas and other spaces as needed

- Organize wine restocking area

- Ensure cleanliness in all areas

- Help with seating and setup for large groups and private events

Qualifications:

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Minimum age of 21

- Professional and courteous demeanor towards customers and colleagues

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
