• Principal for Salem High School-Building leader for approximately 500 students
• Supervision of 70 staff members-Certified and Non-Certified
• Various administrative duties

• Evidence of current administrative license
• Positive leadership and administrative experience
• Successful teaching experience
• Willingness to pursue creative learning initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community
• Commitment to student achievement and academic excellence
• Maintains a school climate that is focused on high expectations and accountability
• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum, professional development and evaluation
• Highly effective communication skills

Salary: Based upon the Master Teacher’s Contract- (184 Days 46 additional days = 230 Days)
