Overview:

Saladworks is a high-end fast-casual restaurant, health-center concept that sells salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, soups, and non-alcoholic drinks. Leader in its category nationwide and with 30 years in the industry. The Little Rock store is located on Chenal, West Little Rock.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Salad Artist/Crew Member. As a Salad Artist/Crew Member, you will play a vital role in assisting with various tasks in restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, healthy food, a team-work attitude.

One daytime position available, which requires availability from 9 am to 3 pm, including weekends. One evening position available, which requires availability from 3 pm to 9 pm, including weekends. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED. Please do not apply unless you are available to work on weekends

Duties:
- Custom make salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, and soups for customers.
- Follow portion guidelines and working techniques to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with food and supply replenishing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
